2.2.2. The second column: frequency bands, in range 30-1000 MHz in which Fixed and/or Mobile Services are allocated, arranged in ascending.

2.2.3. The third column: formula to calculate center frequency of n^th channel, where n is order number of the channel.

2.2.4. The fourth column: service (Fixed or/and Mobile Services) allowed in the band.

2.2.5. In each cell of the fourth column:

- Indicates Service(s) (Fixed or/and Mobile) allowed in the frequency band.

- Appearing order of a service in the cell does not provide priority for such service.

- Service appeared in capital letter is primary service. Service appeared in lower-case letter is secondary service.

- A station of secondary service:

            + Shall not cause harmful interference to stations of primary services whose frequencies are assigned prior or after.

            + Shall not claim protection from harmful interference caused by station(s) of primary services whose frequencies may be assigned prior or after.

            + May claim protection from harmful interference caused by station of secondary service whose frequency is assigned after.

- Symbol(s) in lowest row (if any) is footnote(s) applied to services in the cell. These footnotes are expressed in detail in 2.5, Section II, Part 2 of the Plan.
